Social Disease are a currently unsigned grindcore band with an interesting past. The Long Island, NY quartet began in the mid-80's and self-recorded about a dozen tracks in two successive sessions. Shortly after, the band broke up, with members joining various other extreme metal groups in the New York underground. Social Disease has recently reformed and has finally released the results of those late-80's recordings as well as a few brand new songs. This compilation, Decades of Disease, is a warning shot for the material that is to come.
