(http://www.myspace.com/sabresmyth) Sabresmyth started out in mid 2007 with Garrett Johnsen (Drums), Gavin Johnsen (Guitar), and Kelvin Vavao (Bass) in a garage playing cover songs and bits and pieces of original Sabresmyth songs. Since the band was ultimately going nowhere, Gavin decided to take matters into his own hands. Gavin began working on the first demo "Sanctioned by Gods" which had 4 original songs. With very limited resources, "Sanctioned by Gods" was recorded. Only a handfull of copies were released. After "Sanctioned by Gods", Gavin began to expand his musical endeavors in early 2008, and began writing tracks for what was to become the new EP, "Seek the Creator". In late 2008, Josh Mogavero was brought in to lay out some brutal vocals which brought Sabresmyth all together. "Seek the Creator" will be out soon! Sabresmyth is ready for more and a full length album is already in the works. The bar is set high and we can reach it. The only place to go is up! « hide
