Kevvin and Kyle were both members of the popular local metal band Sadistic Vocation. Due to musical differences and issues within that band, Kevvin and Kyle were both removed from the band, thus ending Sadistic Vocation. Both of them began writing their own music using the Guitar Pro program, and then Kyle would record the guitar, keyboards, drums, and bass for the tracks, and then Kevvin would do the vocals and that was the start of Pariah. The two of them recorded a full length CD/ EP called "The New Era Has Begun." As their fan base expanded, the two of them wanted to start performing shows. So they acquired Jesse Ransom on bass who has been a long time friend of Kevvin. And 3 days before their first show in Wolcott CT back in April of 2011, Kenny Plante came into the picture and learned the songs on the drums. Both Kenny and Jesse played the show and the band got an amazing reaction from the crowd, solidifying their place in Pariah. Since then, Pariah has recorded over 14 of their own original tracks, including the popular songs, DBK, Machine, Spazzgazzam, and Chainsaw Abortion. They have played at the Webster Theater in Hartford CT, and also at Toads Place in New Haven CT. Pariah is a band that you definitely need to look out for when it comes to the uprising scene for deathcore music. « hide
