Noah formed in the United States originally under the name Sound Barrier. They changed their name to Noah and recorded one album in 1969 that was not released until 1995. The band's lineup consisted of Larry Davis (drums), Terry Davis (bass, vocals), Danny Hall (keyboards, vocals), Paul Hess (bass, vocals), Mike Rifle (keyboards, vocals), and Mark Schuering (guitar, vocals).
