Nausea is an American death/grind band from Los Angeles, California. Initially formed in 1985 under the name Majesty, they renamed in 1987. They are most notable for their connection to the legendary death/grind band Terrorizer with whom they released a split in 1988. Nausea founder, vocalist and guitarist Oscar Garcia also performed vocals for Terrorizer in 1987-1989, including on World Downfall, and the tracks "Storm of Stress", "Condemned System" and "World Downfall" from that album are in fact Nausea material. The band released a studio album of their own before disbanding in 1994. They reformed in 2001.
