MAZIAC is an eclectic London-based alt/prog metal 3-piece. Their debut album 'Forged' & EP 'Permutations' were mixed & mastered by SikTh vocalist Justin Hill.
Their debut live performance in 2018 with The Ever Living at Boston Music Room prompted positive reviews from the likes of Metal Hammer. They have since shared the stage with Destrage, Anima Tempo, Exist Immortal, Project Mishram, Black Orchid Empire and Skarlett Riot amongst many others and performed at Tech-Fest 2023.

The spooky music video for their first single ‘Symptomatic’ was premiered by The Circle Pit in April 2019 and was soon followed by their first album 'Forged'. It was described as 'eight tracks of musical magic' by Über Röck with 'pacing and dynamics that have been perfected' by 3 Songs & Out and even 'one of the year's finest moments' by The RingMaster Review.
The band released the follow-up 'Creation Surrender' at the beginning of the lockdown of 2020 then spent the ensuing months writing their next EP 'Permutations' which was one of Rock Music Raider's top 3 EPs of 2021.
MAZIAC released a new album in summer 2024, mixed/mastered by Sam & Joe Graves of Innersound Audio - the brothers behind the massive production of bands like InVisions. The album, entitled 'Test Of Time', features all 3 of MAZIAC's latest singles ('Acid', 'Fear & Fortune' and 'Stoic') and has received several positive reviews, including a 9/10 rating by GBHBL.com. Guest vocalist Veronica De Luca, who previously collaborated with the the band on the final 2 tracks of the Permutations EP, also contributed vocals to the the tracks 'Nostalgia' and 'Splendour' on the new album. « hide |
