Luinspear were a very short-lived visual-kei rock band from Sendai, Japan. They were never signed to a label and only released two singles
before going their separate ways in 2001. Their style of music was a refined alternative rock sound in the vein of Luna Sea with a hint of the
symphonic tendencies of acts such as Malice Mizer. Their drummer Ruka was hired by the band Nightmare as a permanent replacement for their
drummer Zannin, he is now one of Nightmare's chief songwriters. Their vocalist Jui is also part of prominent Visual-Kei group Vidoll.
