INVERACITY is a brutal death metal band originating from Athens/ Greece. Formed in 1998 by drummer Vagelis and guitarist Antonis, the band's intention is to play brutal death metal. In 1999 Vagelis discovered a vocalist named Dionisis who immediately joined the band. The line up was not complete until February of 2000 when Lefteris (bass- former BLOODGORE) joined. They are notorious for having taken their name from the title of the Suffocation song Liege of Inveracity in tribute to that band
