Huun-Huur-Tu are perhaps the most internationally famous practitioners of Tuvan throat singing, known as xoomei. Their debut LP, 60 Horses in My
Herd, was released in 1994. Huun-Huur-Tu have done colloborations with a number of Western artists, including Frank Zappa and the Kronos
Quartet, as well as Bulgarian choirs and electronic musicians.
