Gonga are from Bristol, UK, & IMHO the best band to come out of the UK since Black Sabbath/Pink Floyd/Electric Wizard/etc.
Their sound is very heavy, riff laden, psycedelic, beautiful vocals, sometimes bluesy, overall I call it music you wanna fuck to, but not in a stupid way....If you like early QOTSA , Earthless, Witch & heavy riffage with melodic vocals & sharp lyrics, you will luv Gonga.
Trust me. I do not lead anyone astray, this is my religion....
