Gavin DeGraw (born February 4, 1977) is an American Soul/Pop/Rock musician who achieved recognition in 2003 after his track "I Don't Want to Be" was chosen as the title theme to the CW (formerly the WB) television show One Tree Hill. More recently, his song "We Belong Together" was featured on the soundtrack to Tristan & Isolde.
