Fifth Harmony is an American pop girl group that was formed by music mogul Simon Cowell during Season 2 of the now-defunct X-Factor USAin 2012. The girl group consists of members Ally Brooke Hernandez, Normani Hamilton, Dinah Jane Hansen, Camila Cabello, and LaurenJauregui. Garnering much attention after their third-place finish behind Carly Rose Sonenclar and winner Tate Stevens, they signed a joint recorddeal to Cowell's Syco Music and L.A Reid's Epic Records in early 2013. The American girl group has been arguably the best act from the X-Factor USA, with award wins at the Radio Disney Music Awards, opening forpop superstars Demi Lovato, Cher Lloyd, and pop sensation Austin Mahone, along with their first headlining tour in "5th Times A Charm" in2014.
