Hazel was licensed to american indie label Crank!Records (Same label as Mineral, Boys Life and Vitreous Humor). It was released in USA in May 1998. After the release of Hazel in USA, major label offers started rolling into the young quartet´s palms, although the band´s rebellious and anti-corporate frame of mind deleted every possibility of a major label release of any of their material. Still unsigned, this represents the band´s punkrock attitude to the very core. The essence of a truly independent outlook of life, love and music is very much alive in the hearts of the membersin Far Apart. After two self-promoted tours in Sweden, Germany and Czech Republic together with their friends in The John Doe Band, a split “7 with the verysame band was released on Premonition Records in Sweden and The Smith & Nephew Company in Germany. « hide
