The human brain is an underexplored territory especially when it comes to processing music. Funk, Rock, Punk, Metal, Jazz each have a familiar space in the temporal lobe. Fabulous Head forces an expansion of sorts, staking new claim with hints of its forebears. Songs sway and swagger with grit and determination, driving headstrong into the abyss without bothering to ask, “Are we there yet?”
