The story of the band began back in 2001 when Jonas Blomquist (vocals & lead guitar) and Mika Määttä (drums) started experimenting and jamming. Over the years the line-up changed numerous times, but eventually the two founding pillars were joined by Mikko Vartiainen (rhythm guitars) in 2007, and at this time the band decided to step up their game. In 2010 Everwhere parted ways with long-time bass player Jherry Karlsson, and are currently looking for a fourth dedicated member to fill this position during the autumn of 2010.
After a couple of experimental demos Everwhere recorded EP 'Black Dawn' in 2009, in which the foundation of their sound was defined, and the band showed its dedication to the project. 'Black Dawn' received a warm welcoming amongst fans on the web, and promising reviews in renowned magazines such as Sweden Rock Magazine (#116) and Close-Up Magazine (#66).
Everwhere are currently promoting the brand new EP 'One by One... Dead', which was recorded during August 2010. « hide |
