Elder Caius is an instrumental project from St. John’s, Newfoundland, blending prog rock, psychedelia, metal, and cinematic textures. Formed during the 2023 RPM Challenge, the band released a run of standalone singles in 2023–2024. Their self-titled debut full-length was released July 11, 2025.
