Dessa (also known as Dessa Darling) is a spoken word artist, author, and MC from Minneapolis, MN. She is most well known for being a member of the Doomtree Hip-Hop Collective.
Dessa's debut 'Falsehopes' EP was released in 2005, she has also appeared on numerous Doomtree releases as a guest to the other MC's solo work, as well as on the full-crew releases. Her solo full length LP was due out in late 2008, but has been pushed back to 2009.
