Counterstrike, also known as Animal Chin and 500 Mills, have been active drum & bass DJs/producers since the mid 90s. Collectively producing since 1998, they’ve had over 40 12" vinyl releases on various labels such as Rob Playford’s Moving Shadow, Dieselboy’s Human and Dylan’s Obscene.
Algorythm Recordings, their own imprint, was launched in 2000 and include releases from artists such as Current Value, Limewax, SPL, T.Z.A, The Panacea and Donny. Apart from their busy production schedule they still find the time to regularly perform in Europe and the USA. 2009 saw them DJ in 17 countries.
