Formed in Kosice, Slovakia, brutal death metal band, Contempt, have released 3 demos, 3 LP's, and a compilation over the course of over two decades. They originially formed under the name "Desecrator", and recorded one demo entitled "Coroner", but it was never released due to poor sound quality. Most of the band's material has been self-released, with the exception of their first two full-length albums, which were released under Empire Records. the band is still active today.
