Asheru is the artist known for performing the opening the theme song of the cartoon series "The Boondocks." He is also thus far
the only hip-hop artist to be awarded the prestigious Peabody award for his part in writing the episode of that series "The
Return of the King." Both Asheru and Blue Black are members of the rap group The Unspoken Heard, a loose collaboration of
underground MC's on the Seven Heads record label.
