The symphonic metal project ArchaicA gets it's name from the word Archaic, meaning ancient. The vision of ArchaicA derives from what remains unchanged regardless of the passing of time. ArchaicA's first album release The Creation of Soul consists of mostly instrumental, symphonic metal songs that could fit just as well in a cinematic film scenario as in a rock/metal scene.
