Apollyon Sun was a Swiss industrial rock/metal band from Zürich. The group was formed in 1995 by Thomas Gabriel Fischer (aka Tom G. Warrior, of Hellhammer, Celtic Frost and later Triptykon fame) and featured Erol Unala on guitar (who would later join Celtic Frost himself) as well as Markus "Marquis Marky" Edelmann (of Coroner fame) on drums. With one studio album released, the project was put hold in 2001 when Celtic Frost reformed, and was finally confirmed in 2007 to have officially disbanded.
