Alexandre Varlet is a french singer-songwriter. Born in La Rochelle (France) in 1974, he recorded his first album in 1998.
Drawing equally on the folk tradition and some of the more sombre music from Britain and the US, each of Alexandre’s four
albums draws us into a world that, always writing in his native French, he has made unmistakably his own.
Accompanied often by little more than his instrument of prediliction, the acoustic guitar, Alexandre’s live shows are considered
