Adler's Appetite

In late 2004, after a serious of aborted comebacks, former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler put together a band of his own, tentatively titled Suki Jones (an Aerosmith lyric, from 'Back In The Saddle), and later Adler's Appetite, a not-too-subtle nod to his former band's classic album.

Adler assembled journeymen guitarists Keri Kelli (ex-Ratt, Slash's Snakepit, Vince Neil Band) and Brent Muscat (ex-L.A. Guns, Faster Pussycat) and bassist Robbie Crane. They were joined by ex-Love/Hate and current Ratt shouter Jizzy Pearl, who left shortly after recording the group's ...read more

Adler assembled journeymen guitarists Keri Kelli (ex-Ratt, Slash's Snakepit, Vince Neil Band) and Brent Muscat (ex-L.A. Guns, Faster Pussycat) and bassist Robbie Crane. They were joined by ex-Love/Hate and current Ratt shouter Jizzy Pearl, who left shortly after recording the group's debut self-titled EP.

Pearl was replaced by relative unknown Sheldon Tarsha, who toured the EP with the EP with the band, while Adler's ex-bandmate Izzy Stradlin filled in for an absent Muscat.

In December 2005, the band announced a new line-up, consisting of Adler (Drums), Tarsha (Vocals), Michael Thomas (ex-Beautiful Creatures, Guitar), JT Longoria (ex-Izzy Stradlin, Guitar) and bassist Chip Z'Nuff of 80s rockers Enuff Z'Nuff. The band planned to release a full-length album in 2006, however they never even reached the recording studio, as the four new members walked off the group's European tour in early February, citing Adler's resumption of his heroin dependancy as the reason for the split.

Adler completed the tour with various local Guns N' Roses cover bands. It's unknown what his future plans are for the group. « hide
