Would have rated this higher but the blatant parrot nationalism displayed on this record starts to detract from the brilliant musical aspects. Parrot supremacy views aside, this has some great riffs and some screeching howls to die for. Songwriting is varied and compelling, it has plenty of solos, blastbeats and psychedelic textures but the rampant gang vocals shouting PARROR POWER!!! could be toned down a bit.
