Escape to Nowhere's major flaw is probably the Omen moniker on the cover. Produced by Paul O'Neill, it sounds more like a poor man's Hall of the Mountain rather than the power/epic metal one might expect from Omen, which makes it even harder to digest. In addition, the songwriting isn't anything to write home about which results in a rather mediocre LP.
