Even if live albums don't usually appeal to you, We All Raise Our Voices To The Air is an awesome ride, and actually a magnificent introduction to The Decemberist's discography (the setlist has been chosen perfectly). The band sounds fantastic, but it's Colin's between song banter and the moments when he gets the audience involved that really make the record so much fun to listen to (just listen to Dracula's Daughter/O Valencia and tell me you don't at least crack a smile). And hearing all three parts of The Crane Wife consecutively is worth the listen alone.
