Review Summary: Bring on the Seagulls
Who knew that this 6 piece at the time would be dominating the scene 2 years later. With the tag team vocal attack of Crafter and Lee, along with Jona and who i think is scraggs on second guitar, Leaton Rose on bass, and JJ Peters drums.
This out of print demo is worth any kid who can get thier hands on it while. Weather its for thier cred of just to see where the band has came from. The energy of this demo is completely of tap and unwilling to give in. The way everything ties in together is amazing. How crafters then high donkey sounding vocals and lees seagull scream go well together just like peas and carrots. The production is a bit empty but everything is there and crystall clear.
Originally being released as a demo self funded by the band it was later picked up and released as an e.p for Ben Coyte then frontman for Day OF Contempts label 618 Reords.
It was from this point on the group went onto become what they are today and it is a truly great stepping stone to have first jumped on.
