This is a very odd compilation. Some songs sound better than the originals, and some others were the complete opposite... but generally the changes are on the positive side. However, this is a pretty decent compilation album - under that I mean a satisfying tracklist.

a very special compilation, originally meant as a promotional sampler not for commercial release but later pressed for the public, this album features a champion from each of bathory's ten LPs to this date, and hearing black mark's/quorthon's personal picks to show in business deals is an intimate glimpse into the background operation of an extreme metal record company
