Despite the lame band name, FXZERO is for listeners really into that spastic style of progressive metalcore which ranges from crushing rhythms to soaring leads yet always remains melodic for the most part. Skyholm was produced by Jamie King from Between The Buried And Me fame, so it has that similar sound not only in terms of songwriting, but also in guitar and drum tones. For fans of Between The Buried And Me, Called To Arms, and Journal, to name a few.
