The only problem I have with this album is Above This Fire never stepping outside their comfort zone and unintentionally crafting an average release due to that. While I love so many songs on this cd, none go beyond standard metalcore formulas and therefore it doesn't have lasting appeal besides a few tracks. That being said, I still love this cd and recommend it to anyone who enjoys hardcore or metal-influenced hardcore. Favorite Tracks: When Screams Go Silent, Designing A Requiem, Reaction, and Miles Apart

In Perspective is an amazing album. I respect Above this fire, because they have a great talent and they are just awesome!
