Excellent grind album here. Just like most grind discs you can't really single out individual tracks. So we'll just say that every track kills, however some that will stay with you are "This Is..." "I See Lies" and "Inhale/Exhale". Nasum is (Unfortunate circumstances causes this to be a was) definitely one of the top grind outfits out there. This music here is fast, fast, fast, just as you would expect and it surely does not disappoint. If someone were looking at getting into grind, I would recommend to give this band a try.

38 tracks. the riffs aren't good enough for that many tracks. overstays its welcome, but some tracks are good.

With incredible 38 songs in just 45 minutes, "Inhale / Exhale" is one of Grindcore's greatest classics, and one of the most forgotten. Nasum was an incredible band and the death of Mieszko Talarczyk was really tragic. The band has always been very consistent until their inevitable end, but their debut album stands out as one of the most violent records of the genre.

Without a doubt, an unquestionable grindcore classic. The album length is a
bit overkill though (45 minutes and 30+ tracks), which is quite unusual for
grind but nevertheless a tornado of grind fury.

Once upon a time when I had one of my moments where I couldn't be satisfied with anything music-wise I was stumbling through my library trying to listen to every album I saw. I then finally started listening to an album called Inhale/Exhale and it instantly captured me. I fell in love with the perfect Nasum all over again.

Pure grind mayhem. Nasum's debut LP is my favourite grindcore album. When I hear it first time I can't say I was into grind that much. But after numerous listenings I love it. Nasum definitely was the elite band. Mieszko Talarczyk and Anders Jakobsson had created excellent music, which is timeless.
