This is like The Dreamers on acid. A quartet of bass, drums, vibraphone, and piano gallop and guffaw through ten mostly wild instrumental cuts featuring speedy ride cymbal work, disorienting note choices, and the usually languid vibraphone played more aggressively than I have ever heard before. It's a mostly engaging exercise, though ironically the record's best track is the comparatively simplistic and relaxed closer, "Between Two Worlds."
