moment like the end of track 1 from Vast Oceans Lachrymose. The first half of the album seems to be
a little more clever than the second half. The second half is like a more true return to their
older roots, but their new sound is still present. Track 1 has a fucking black metal-like part that comes in
out of nowhere, it's perfect.

4.5 superb | SuzyC | July 8th 20 | That first track is outstanding. The cuts in the middle maintain a very high standard. The only one that doesn't really hit me is "Saturn and Sacrifice". It doesn't suck, but it's a slight step down. The final song...Is it schmaltz or pure, true passion? I can't listen to it without tearing up. When metal breaks you down, it's monstrously powerful.
