Iceland's Agent Fresco get their career off to an almighty start with the 6 track 'Lightbulb Universe' EP. All kinds of genres coalesce over these 24 minutes, with the talented quartet dipping their toes into all kinds of rock; It's progressive, jazzy, mathy & just flat out awesome. To top it off, the stunning vocals of Arnor Dan Arnarson are a pleasure to behold, adding a haunting atmosphere to proceedings. An engaging, involving & genuinely exciting EP, only closer 'Tape End' did not go on to make the band's just as good debut LP 'A Long Time Listening'.
