This album is a true gem, not just another duplicate of a classic. Comparable to Dissection, but much more melodic.

One of those records that never loses its impact over time. Unfortunately, the band has never matched the masterful mix of melody, darkness, neoclassical sections, and atmosphere that resulted in this pitch-perfect debut. Absolutely essential melodic black metal!
