Truly torn between a 3.5 and a 4 here. "Question" and "Minstrel's Song" were already familiar to me, but "It's Up To You" and "Dawning is the Day" are also great.

Marred by a couple of duff tracks (Melancholy Man, The Balance) but all the Hayward tracks are great energetic masterpieces and Lodge's "Minstrel's Song" is really beautiful.
