I prefer this demo over Eaten Back to Life. Don't get me wrong, I like Eaten Back to Life, but it's pretty forgettable, in my opinion. This demo, on the other hand, features some of the best songs from Eaten Back to Life (except for Bloody Chunks). I'd give it a 4/5, but the vocals, in my opinion, drag this demo down to a 3.5/5. It definitely warranted a record deal.

Good musically, awful vocally. Worth a listen for any Cannibal Corpse fan.

Great demo, if you can take the awful quality. The vocals are great and so are the riffs. It turns out Cannibal Corpse were more of a Thrash band when they started out, and a really good one at that.
