There's almost an unspeakable rule when it comes to the majority of industrial and synthpop, and that rule is "no autotune." Although this sounds like a very general statement, it's quite true. Unfortunately, Technomancer missed the meeting, or they're succumbing to modern production tricks. Either way, the album is drenched in it, and it sounds absolutely terrible, extremely sugary sounding. In fact, the overall sound is very artificial as though the entire music aspect of the album was done in the last five minutes before releasing. Apart from the autotuned vocals, the lyrics are quite average, but luckily do not border on being cheesy. Remember this is not a techno album, but a synthpop/futurepop album, focusing on image, rather than heart.
