Excellent debut EP with outstanding consistency in quality despite the genre variety at play here. The opener is an enchanting nostalgic-sad-but happy? piano-led track carried by Adler's exquisite vocals and the ebb and flow of keys supporting it. This is unmistakeably Australian with the mix of dreamy synths and chorus-laden deserty guitars evoking Polygon Woods on 2 or 5. 3 reminded me of the Tunic OST heavily with its dreamy rpg sounds, until it slaps you in the face with an unexpected yet well crafted noisy explosion near the end, continued with the energetic and surprising 4 where much more involved percussions, noisier vocal prod, and rock riffage continue to surprise us along the way. https://ameliaadlermusic.bandcamp.com/album/meet-you-there 4.0
