| 4.0 excellent | juiceviaorange | March 15th 26 | Oldham's discography is so loaded with the most un-pretentious style of alt-country/folk music that screams pretension lol he's so consistently beautiful, poignant, and human that even when his contemporaries seemingly out stretch him in terms of "having a phase" or what have you, he remains this stalwart on the sidelines that maybe was your favorite the whole time. I've repeated my line here from the Master & Everyone thread, but it bared repeating. He may take a decade to reveal himself as one of your favorite artists, and that's a special kind of talent and patience (both in listener and creator)
