Sometimes bands remain past their expiration. This is a perfect example. Like majority of the dribble oozing out of Bono, I should have ignored this.

Bono's voice is audibly drying up. Like pottery left too long in the kiln. Edge can't think of an interesting idea. And yet... 'American Obituary' and 'The Tears of Things' are the first relevant worldview statements the band has made in 15 years.
