Right out of the gate 'Peppa Pig' establishes a great hardcore punk sound with good riffing, intense angry energy and some nice tempo changes for different sections of the song. Outside of the nice riffing from the guitars another nice thing is the peppering of some dissonant breaks here and there but the band doesn't linger too long on them, more of an accent piece. Tracks that stand out here are 'Mr Chariot', 'Glitch', 'Acrylics' and 'Slut Wrench'. 18-minutes of hardcore that brings me back to a sound that seems to be harder to come by and just enough before it becomes more grating and samey.
