If Selectiva were to be released as an official LP, I would be much more disappointed in Mind.In.A.Box. However, Selectiva is simply a collection of b-sides and rarities that are really hit or miss (which can be said for any b-side or rarity, really). The majority of them are very quiet and relaxed sounding, which may sound enticing considering Mind does this formula very well, but these songs are actually very poor. The few harder songs on this compilation are much better, especially tracks like Dead End (One Way Mix) and Lament for Lost Dreams (Space Mix).
