What an absolute banger to save for a year end release. This is in my top 3 for this year and honestly could easily be AOTY. Only complaint was it wasn't long enough. I need more of this asap.

Spiraling, tight, dissonant black metal. To my ears, this sounds much in the same vein as the Wormlust debut, albeit with
a more refined and matured feel. There is lot of depth to this release, subtle atmosphere, little details. For a fairly
chaotic album tonally, it feels compositionally deliberate. Definitely a highlight of 2025.

for a record and I stand by that.

This is brutal. I rarely say this, but I don't mind this short (36 minutes) runtime, because this is very dense. A dark, psychedelic, dissonant vortex of hellish riffs surrounded by a diabolical atmosphere. I feel this is a grower.
