Finally. Electric Nebraska. This shit rocks. I think it actually works so much better that it was released 40 years later instead of any sooner. The original record is made by an already-iconic rocker but sounding down and out as hell and that's what made it so impactful. But this version with the full band sound inherently sounds more powerful and confident and hopeful and that dynamic shift is so cool to hear and takes nothing away from the compositions. It's a choose your own adventure now.
