| 3.5 great | Antonius | May 20th 25 | Five years after their debut Magara the Barcelona-based rock act has returned back, more focused and accurate, having done significant progress steps. Staring with better production and mixing, the Spaniards' sophomore album carries an early '70s hard rock swagger and vintage sounds, channeling retro aesthetics in its 39 minutes. The powerful and imposing voice of front woman Karen Asensio, supports perfectly Max Eriksson?s relentless melodies and groovy guitar riffs. Great work is also being done in the rhythm section as Jaume Darder (drums) and Daniel Ribeiro (bass) support with some tight and mighty performances. Tony recommends: "Danger Rules", "Foraneo", "Standing My Ground", "Howling"
