| 3.0 good | Antonius | August 4th 25 | While the debut album dealt with concepts such as depression, social media and break-ups, Wet Leg's sophomore release moisturizer is all about the force of love. For Rhian Teasdale, these are "desperate" love songs and not "not demure love ones". moisturizer moves quickly and has a more expansive sound. This has to do with a change in the writing process where Teasdale and guitarist and co-writer Hester Chambers invited guitarist Joshua Mobaraki, bassist Ellis Durand, and drummer Henry Holmes to join the songwriting process. This collaboration created frisky vibes, cheerful melodies and contagious tunes. Recommendations: "CPR", "catch these fists", "mangetout"

| 3.5 great | cjbizzlebizzle | September 21st 25 | Truly 10/10 all time album art. Certainly a step up in production from their debut with a strong blend of indie rock/indie pop and punk elements in their overall sound. Highlight tracks are 'liquidize', 'catch these fists', 'pokemon' and 'u and me at home'. Shoutouts to the bass lines and the groovy bass tone featured throughout the record, a good touch and one you don't often get in similar records.
