My main complaint about From Zero is that it needed more to-the-point guitar-driven tracks. This
adds 3 to-the-point guitar-driven tracks. Album remains a stronger return to form than it has any
right to be, only this time it feels complete. What fell short of AOTY 2024 could be AOTY 2025 if
other vocally distinct, texturally inventive bands don't step up to the plate soon. Might've
benefitted from a resequencing that puts "From Zero (Intro)" after "Good Things Go", since the
base album's closer is meant to loop into its opener.
