Soul Choc from Angers (hence the wordplay d'Angers/Dangers) offered a cool little sidestep in the 90s French rap scene, which was dominated by the axis Paris-Marseille at the time. Indie French rap that didn't take itself too seriously, yet one that delivered a solid boom bap.
